Macaron’d explores perception, scale, and transformation through a gradual shift in form. Set against a pristine white, candy-coated background, a vertical progression of colored dots begins at the top of the panel and slowly diminishes in size as it descends, culminating in a single point at the bottom.
At first glance, the composition reads as a simple sequence of colored marks. However, as the viewer moves closer and shifts perspective, the illusion resolves into a series of translucent macaron forms—each rendered in vivid, luminous color and suspended within the surface as sculptural objects rather than flat marks.
The work plays with distance and discovery, where meaning unfolds only through movement. What appears minimal from afar reveals itself as playful, detailed, and materially rich upon closer inspection—transforming repetition into revelation.
Hand-painted, handcrafted, and one-of-a-kind, this work is created using professional, archival-quality materials and processes, ensuring lasting color, clarity, and structural integrity over time.
Designed for collectors drawn to vibrant, conversation-starting contemporary art and unapologetic color, each piece is signed, dated, and uniquely numbered to document its originality and place within the artist’s evolving body of work.
